Private and Group Yoga instruction involves poses (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama), and relaxation and meditation techniques just like a yoga class, but in a private or private group setting we will discuss your individual goals and design a practice that fits your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs.
Privates are great for a beginner who wants to learn the ropes or an advanced practitioner who wants to deepen their understanding.
Groups are fun for friends, parent/child, spouses, or corporate groups who want to create space and time to be together while focused on health and wellness.
